- What A Season
What a season guys. We had our share of ups and downs. This last game had a little of everything. We came out on fire with a 9 run lead in the first inning. Started to fall behind and eventually let St. Francis take the lead by 2. Then we came right back and tied it up in the last inning only to fall just short in the bottom of the inning. Im sure we all learned a lot from this last game. Just remember what we said after the game. Keep your heads up and stay proud. I know that all of Christian Academy, which is your classmates, your teachers, your parents and your coaches are all proud of what you accomplished this season. This was our first season of baseball and we did great. Yes, we were 4 - 6, but you are all winners in my books. I had lots of fun coaching you this season. And I know that goes for all of the coaches. This is a team that I will never forget. Everyone of you improved greatly over the course of the season. I look forward to seeing all of you in the future whether it be in baseball, another sport or just on campus. I wish all of you well and great happiness in things to come. Just remember that no matter how hard things are going, just keep on striving for your best. You can accomplish anything in life, just keep focused, have a great heart for passion and a great heart for GOD. See you all next year. Go Patriots!! coach.

- Very Proud
What a way to end the season. I know the score does not show it but you guys played a very good game. We cut down on our mental errors by 200%. We still made a few physical errors but even the pros do that every day. You played hard and with passion. The outfield covered on every play and even laid out for a fly ball ( almost Michi ). The infield looked better and we made our second double play of the season ( good play nic ). Our first was on Thursday. Reynolds made two good catches behind home plate and Urcia played great defense at second base. What really made me proud of you was that you showed more class than the other team when things got rough. We didnt cry or complain, we just kept on plugging away and I am so proud. I could not ask for a better bunch of players for our first season. We have one game left and that is our first ever playoff game for Christian Academy Baseball. So lets have a great week of practice starting on Monday at Sand Island @ 4pm. Go Patriots!!! coach

- Way To Find Your Heart
What a game guys. It looked at first that we started to lose some faith in ourselves. But you kept on fighting and found your heart and drive. You kept on battling and came out in the end in the bottom of the seventh. Weidenbach pitched a great game in relief and Reynolds had a hot bat. Congrats on your first HOMERUN!!! And Nicely, if I forgot congrats on your first homerun last week. Oh yeah, Way to come in the clutch with the game winning hit Weidenbach. Sometimes it takes a game like this to find yourselves and you did. Great comeback and remember to keep your heads up and keep on fighting till the very end. All of you deserve to be here and remember that we are all proud of you. Everyone of you did your part and contributed to the win. Lets have a great practice tomorrow and come out on fire against Maryknoll. Go Patriots!!! coach
